The sofa is in mint condition, fabric has minor seat and back cushion wear and was purchased in January of 2022. This sofa is a perfect sofa for a NYC apartment. I am selling this small sofa to be replaced by my desire for a larger sectional sofa. The fabric is a black and white tweed called Sandford Black and has blackened metal steel legs. It has loose back and seat cushions upholstered reversable cushions. Seat cushions are fabric wrapped around a high- resiliency polyurethane foam core. Seat firmness on a 1 to 5 is a 4. Back cushions are foam and fiber filled cushions. measurements 78" wide 36" deep and 24" arm height with a 31" back cushion height
