Seller's Notes:I got this piece from a friend when I first moved into the city. I am now moving out and no longer need it. I used it in the living room for storage, since it looks less bedroom dresser than a typical dresser, and the top served as a bar while the drawers held non-everyday items. When I got the dresser it was black, and I spray painted it satin black to clean it up a bit. Most of the scratches are not deep and can be covered with paint. The drawers are a bit annoying because it's an old solid wood dressers (there is friction between the wood when you pull it in or out so it doesn't glide smoothly). I've heard this is fixable with some WD40, but I've never done it or tried. Other than some scratches/ minor dents and wood drawer annoyance, the dresser is great. The piece is structurally sound. It would be a great fixer upper piece since it has great bones. It could probably be totally refinished to look however you want, especially if you sand it down to the wood and stain it. The knobs on all of the drawers can easily be replaced, they're the normal screw on ones.
