Seller's Notes:Black U-Shaped Sectional Black Leather Sofa For Sale! Originally from Overstock.com (Houston Black Leather 3-piece Sectional Sofa) and bought new for around $2K. About 7 years old - in fair condition. The middle section has a bit of sinkage from a lot of sitting and the leather is worn down a bit (see pictures). Overall, a great sofa and very comfortable and still has a lot of years left. Comes with 4 matching pillows. Owned by a very clean owner and in an elevator building.
