Seller's Notes:My parents are revenovating the living room and the sofa doesn't meet the new desired dimensions. The sofa is well suited for seating a family of five or sleeping 2 and has some wear and tear damage. The damaged piece of leather is about 2.5in by 2.5 in on the section with an armrest and was from the leakage of a glow in the dark cup. The sofa cushions are also detachable and feather stuffed. Overall the leather has aged with little to no damage on the leathering of seat cushions and ledges.
