Seller's Notes:The futon frame is about four years old and is in excellent condition - been in a no-smoke, pet-free environment. There are some minor scratches on the arms that are barely noticeable (pics attached). It's sturdy wood and is a deep merlot color with a smooth finish that gives it a reddish/purplish shine. The arm rests are very comfortable and the frame has an angled back that offers great back support. The futon converts easily into a full-size bed. (Mattress can be included if interested)
