Seller's Notes:This is a custom-made sectional sofa -- in their popular "skinny fat" style -- from BenchMade Modern (winner of awards from Wirecutter, Architectural Digest, and many others), with a right-hand chaise lounge, and extra-deep cushions. To replicate this sofa today would cost over $6000! Overall dimensions are as stated / shown in photos. Height from floor to top of back is 27", and to top of cushions is ~32". I can't remember the name of the fabric, but it's one of the wear-resistant synthetics. Legs are alder in walnut stain. There is some light pilling of the fabric, and some marks on the legs from Roomba aggression. Otherwise, the sofa is in immaculate condition -- no stains, sags or tears. This is a sectional, so it divides into two pieces for easy transport & installation (splits at the boundary between the ottoman and the sofa).
