Light wear , used in spare room . Ends can go up and down . Few spots , can be professionally cleaned. 75 L , 16 inch height ( floor to seat ) 34 inch height floor to top of the back rest . Depth is 32 inches (sofa up) 50 inches sofa laying flat. Item is currently being stored in a climate-controlled storage unit in NJ.
