Red/white striped nylon material, waterproof like all umbrellas. The beach chair material/fabric is red/white striped, sturdy cotton canvas. Attached label reads: Lillian Vernon, Mount Vernon NY 10550 plus phone number. Purchased in the 70s, assembled with the intention to be used, but never was. Stored in a cool dry place. These types of chairs sell for $300 and higher without umbrella making this a real deal. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home. Umbrella measures (folded in bag) 36" long X 2.5" in dia.
