Seller's Notes:I have minimized the price of this couch by listing it for $124 and covering $50 of the delivery fee. This 3 Person 20 year old Coach/Sofa is clean and in comfortable condition. No defects, no spills, no odors, no fleas or bugs. Kept in an animal and smoke free house. Wear is minimal for its age. The six cushions (3 seat and 3 back) have zippers so that one can easily remove and clean them (I assume dry cleaning is the safest). Fabric is synthetic (Acrylic, Olefin, Poly). This item has many years of use left, as can be seen by the photographs from every angle.
