Seller's Notes:This is a custom sectional from the Benchmade line from Bassett Furniture. The 3 seat sofa section is 75" long. The curved wedge corner piece is 68" from side to side. The 2 seat love seat is 51" long. The wedge is curved back, not square offering a unique look, very chic. Slim Track arm style, back and seat cushions are loose. Tapered square legs in a dark brown finish. Only 1 year old and in excellent condition. Only 2 adults in the household, no pets, no smoke. Performance fabric in color "straw". Cushion covers can be machine washed. All cushions have their shape, no stains, rips, etc. I did not list as new because it is not in original wrapping. It is VERY close to new condition as you can tell from the photos. It is located on the ground floor with 4 steps down outside for loading. Throw pillows are not included. NCI
