Seller's Notes:This is an authentic Heritage Henredon mid-century modern drop leaf desk. It’s a design collaboration between Henredon furniture and Drexel-Heritage and can be traced back to the 1950s-1960s. It is both a historical piece of furniture and a high-quality item. It’s an excellent choice for a study room or playroom as the surface of the desk expands from its original 39” to 60” in length. The desk is, also, crafted with two small drawers and a large filing cabinet. The maker’s mark is inside the top drawer and all brass hardware is in excellent condition. The wood is sturdy and solid and the finish is polished. The desk is finished on the back and could be used floating in a room. It’s in very good original vintage condition with only normal minor surface wear expected from age and use. It is a timeless piece to own and have in a home and, furthermore, this piece will only gain more value with time. Dimensions: 39”W x 29.5”D x 29”H (expands to 60”W)
