Seller's Notes:Used in NYC loft back in 2005. Moved to dutchess county and it has been stored away except for a short time when a friend was living with us and used it. We used a box spring and mattress but it is really a platform frame where the mattress sits on the floor within. Minor scratches from "who knows what?". Can't see unless really looking. See photos up close. Easy buff out if bothersome. We had dogs in our house after we moved but not in the lower living level where this was used for a short time. Can pick up to save on shipping. This is a single family home and delivery can be take out the lower living level(ground level) or 5 stairs into kitchen from garage. No elevator as stated. Short drive from NYC. This frame is simple to dismantle and move. Only tools required are a wrench(7/16" or adjustable)and phillips screwdriver. It's easy peasy!
