Seller's Notes:Great futon for a Manhattan apartment! My roommate and I used this for just under 2 years and we are sad to see it go, but we are moving. It flattens into a full size bed for guests very easily. It is in great condition, minus a few snags on the fabric underneath (a product of carrying it up 3 flights of stairs), but these are not visible and do not affect its function.
