Seller's Notes:Great sectional that we bought from Ashley's a year and half ago. It's a beautiful sofa, very nice and comfortable. It's been very lightly used and we do not smoke nor do we have any pets. The reason I'm selling it is because I just had a newborn and we're quickly realizing that we need more practical space in the living room for her stuff and to get in and out of the room a bit more easily. Therefore, I'd like to sell this sectional to downsize or get separate sofa pieces.
