Seller's Notes:Great sectional couch, super comfortable and great for hosting large groups. It's on the larger end for NYC, so will require the right room to fit. We fit this into our living room, which isn't the largest room (15ft x 10ft room), but really turned it into a comfortable and cozy entertainment space, which you can see in the pics. The couch is extremely comfortable (we gladly sleep on it when we host guests) and can comfortably fit 6 people (no joke!). Can turn a living room into a comfortable and cozy homey space. Buyer to be aware of: In order to fit in/out of NYC doors, we will need to disassemble the corner piece and have it reassembled (common practice in NYC). Some minor scratches on the back of the couch and some of the cushions have blemishes and some stains, but not noticeable as you can flip over and use the other side.
