Seller's Notes:We bought this Ashley Furniture dining set in 2013 for our first home, and it’s been great for hosting over the years. What I loved most was the slate tile top—it meant we could set warm dishes right on the table without worrying about damaging the wood, and hosting holiday dinners made easy. A quick note on condition: During one Thanksgiving, I accidentally dropped a serving plate on one of the tiles, which caused a crack. Because of the natural stone pattern, it blends in really well, and the tile is still totally flat, solid, and functional. We’re downsizing to a smaller place now and hope it finds a great new home for many more meals! - Dining Table (Model D458-35): Real slate tile top border. Seats 6–8. - Dimensions: 40" W x 30" H x 58" L (extends to 76" L with leaf) - 6 Dining Chairs (Model D458-01): Classic slat-back design with cushioned fabric seats.
