Seller's Notes: One year old sofa. Willing to negotiate but I need it gone. This is a warranty replacement from the first one I purchased because the frame had a defect. Owned this one about a year and it was sitting in my home office because I got a new sectional. I moved recently and no longer have the space for it to be in my office. There are fabric strings loose on the arms due to my cat but they can be cut off easily. No rips! Need gone ASAP to make space for a dining table. The legs were taken off to get into the door but they are included.
