Seller's Notes:We purchased this item a few years ago and has been a wonderful couch for us in a small living room. It has a pull out queen bed which has been awesome to host people in our apartment. We have a hypoallergenic dog so there has been minimal shedding and none on the couch today. It's a couch in really great condition! We are only selling it because we've decided to redesign our apartment and the look no longer goes with the space. We have a doorman and freight elevator for ease of moving it out of the apartment.
