Seller's Notes:My dad ordered this couch on Feb 4th, 2026. On Feb 5th, he passed away. The past 3 weeks have been a blur and after cancelling all his credit cards and dealing with the estate, the couch was delivered to my mother on February 24th. Today, is the 25th of Feb. The couch hasn't been in the apt for longer than 16 hours. It's a BRAND new couch. As you an see in the photo, the tag is still on it. It's just too big for the living room & my mom wants to get a smaller one. The only reason why it isn't wrapped up or in a box is because my dad bought the "white glove service" where they unpack it, put it where you want it, and they leave with all the trash. You might ask, "why not just return it, or exchange it for a smaller couch?" Great question. I tried! Ashley Online has a different policy than their in store policy. They can't even issue a credit so that my mom can get a different one. Sooo... Option 1: Try and sell the couch for almost half of what my dad paid, and use that $ to get a new couch. Option 2: Laugh at the fact that dad chose a furniture piece that is awful for their living room and just sit in & deal with it. If you're interested, give us a shout.
