Seller's Notes:I am selling a 2-piece sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture because it will not fit in my new apartment. The sofa is a little over 3 years old, but is still in great condition. In addition to the sofa, I am also selling an ottoman, which was bought together with the sofa. The ottoman is also in great condition, but one of the stitchings is pulled. Both pieces are upholstered with walnut fabric and are a part of Maier collection. All of my guests comment on how comfortable the sofa is.
