Seller's Notes:I have a two piece sofa and chair that I would like to sell. I am purchasing a new sofa so I have to get rid of this particular one and the matching chair. They are used items and they have some superficial damage such as a few stains and the arms on the couch looks a bit worn. I have taken pictures of the damages. I would keep them but, my apartment is not large enough lol.
