Seller's Notes:Purchased this sleeper sofa six years ago, and it has been moved once (from Boston to NYC) since purchase. The mattress has only been used a few times a year by guests, and they have always slept on an egg crate on top of the mattress, so no one has actually slept on the mattress itself, keeping it very clean! There's one very small wear spot on one of the cushions (a slight discoloration--photo attached), but it's overall in good condition for being six years old. Very comfortable to sit on and nap on without pulling out the bed portion!
