Seller's Notes:Bought this sofa about 2 years ago from Ashley, brand new for our apartment. We were looking for something to fit our space - 1 bed apartment - while also being comfortable for 2 people to lounge on. This sofa checked both boxes! We're the sole owners and have not moved it around at all so its in great condition. Super comfortable and the chaise is also reversable making it super versatile for any space. The fabric is a light grey, no stains or rips.
