Seller's Notes:Selling this couch -- Alesandra Sofa (Signature Design by Ashley) -- less than 5 months old and barely used. Chic, comfy and very cozy, great for entertaining, relaxing, and comfortably sleeps one adult -- includes throw pillows and removable back cushions. Purchased new for $1300 -- we're selling for $600, which includes delivery and assembly. Please note: The manufacturer's are scheduled to deliver and assemble the couch on 12/30 (it must be disassembled because of the tight door at this apartment, but other doors may be able to accommodate the sofa whole). This is the only available window for delivery, only available within the NYC area.
