Seller's Notes:I bought this item 3 years ago when I lived in a much larger apartment - it's now too big for my current space but is an excellent sturdy and well-built table. There are some scratches on the top of the table from general wear and tear (see pictures), but other than that, is in good functional condition (i.e., no cracks, no wobbles, no pieces broken)
