Seller's Notes:The sofa: Super tasteful and comfortable 3-seater from Ashley! It has a lovely caramel brown color and midcentury modern style that can go with almost any decor/color scheme and function in any space big enough to house it. The material is advertised as faux leather, but I'd say it's more like a cross between faux suede and faux leather. The relatively high back cushions and sides are a great plus, as most MCM sofas (and other styles) tend to have less height in those areas. I love this couch but it just isn't working with my two young cats, so I'm looking to sell it before I move (more details on the condition below). History: Purchased about two years ago from a local Ashley store for a one-bedroom apartment. Aside from a few occasions, this sofa has been used by only one petite person, so the general wear on the cushions is relatively minimal. Condition: It's in great condition with signs of normal/gentle wear aside from the holes and tears in the black material that covers the underside of the couch. My two young cats unfortunately like to hide underneath, and they've clawed the black covering in multiple places so that the fabric sags. For the pictures I put tape on the largest holes in the front, but I haven't checked to see if there are other holes in the fabric. My recommendation would be to either remove the fabric completely (it doesn't appear to be necessary for the couch to function) or replace it. (In any case I wouldn't recommend this couch for households with cats that like to claw fabric.) There are no other known flaws aside from those underneath. The sofa looks close to new and the brown fabric of the visible areas has been durable and appears to be high quality. The rug shown in the photos is also available in a separate listing!
