Seller's Notes:This is an Ashley Furniture pull out sleeper sofa! It folds out into a full bed to accommodate your weekend guests and costs over $600 new! Purchased less than a year ago this sofa has been in a smoke and pet free home. Be aware the fabric on the couch is corduroy. Any differences in color you see in photos are not stains, only the gradients of the fabric. The low price is because of one small tear on inner cushion of the couch from the original delivery men. No one can see this but I included photos above showing the tear & aerial view when cushion is in couch.
