Seller's Notes:I bought this sofa in Savannah, GA at Ashley's furniture in 2016, a few months before moving to NYC for a new job. It's in great condition, has been moderately used over the last few years, and well cared for and maintained. It's also extreeemly comfortable. I adopted my cat Max in early 2020 before the pandemic and he does love to scratch at the couch but amazingly, the couch doesn't have any scratch marks or tears. It's really a great couch. The only reason I'm selling it is because I'm moving and need to downsize, otherwise it would come right along with me. It's clean and in great condition now but will be thoroughly steam cleaned before shipping. I hope someone will enjoy it as much as I have!
