Seller's Notes:2-Piece Maier Charcoal Gray Sleeper Sectional. One year of use, originally bought for $1,099. Very comfortable couch with plenty of room, with a left side sleeper. Scotchguard fabric so all cushions and fabric are washable on spot or in washer. No stains or rips, perfect couch for living/TV room. Only reason we are selling is because we are looking to downsize for something a little smaller in our apartment.
