I shed a small tear when we decided to sell our furniture for our cross country move, exclusively because of this couch. The leather is buttery soft, it's comfy without being too soft (where you get lost in the couch). It's great for two people and their two small pets to cuddle and watch movies on a rainy day, or any day. I have chosen time and time again to sleep on this couch instead of an air mattress when hosting guests. There is some slight wear and tear that only makes the leather better over time–our puppy wanted to leave his mark (scratches) but they're not very noticeable and contribute to the overall patina.
