Seller's Notes:I love this chair! It is in great condition; I've only had it a year. I'm parting with it because I am taking my apartment in a different direction, aesthetically speaking. As you can see, there are scuffs. This adds character to the chair, in my opinion. The chair is a bit wobbly, but this is easily fixed by simply attaching a felt furniture foot to the problem leg. It's off by maybe an 1/8th of an inch, so the wobble is not terribly noticeable, but it is there nonetheless.
