Seller's Notes:PRICED TO SELL ASAP - our new couch is coming earlier than expected! We purchased this one in 2022; it's upholstered in a gorgeous, rare Birch Ivory fabric (which no longer sold by Article!!). It’s been well taken care of and is still super comfortable and supportive; great for lounging or hosting. Condition details: - In great shape overall with no stains or discolorations. - Included pillows (2 back, 2 side/arm) are firm and hold their shape well. - Minor thread flaws on the left arm from a fostered cat—only noticeable if you’re looking for them (photo included at the end). Technical Details: - 88" wide with a tufted bench seat, loose back cushions, and matching round bolsters. - Solid wood legs in a walnut finish. - Fabric: 73% polyester, 27% acrylic, works well with both warm and cool tones. This has been an excellent couch for us, and we wouldn’t be selling it if we weren’t upgrading to a sectional.
