Seller's Notes:We owned this for 3 years and can say that it is truly one of the most comfortable pull-out couches, both as a couch and as a bed. We are selling because the guest bedroom is becoming a nursery, otherwise we would definitely keep it. We have 2 cats who have scratched the arms a bit. Also one of the tufts on the seat broke.
