Seller's Notes:This gorgeous deep royal blue velvet sofa is less than a year old. It's comfortable, spacious, and chic. It's been exposed to a small dog, but he wasn't allowed on the sofa unless he was on a blanket. There is a small tear in the fabric and crack in the front left leg of the chaise that's not noticeable unless you bend down to look at it. Other than that, the couch is in excellent condition! The couch includes the memory foam mattress for the full sized sleeper and a storage chaise with plenty of room for blankets and pillows, or whatever else your heart desires. This sectional is made of two pieces that weigh around 274 lbs total so you will need professional movers to carry it safely.
