Seller's Notes:We've owned for 2 years, and bought it new. Solid, sturdy sofa that easily seats 3 comfortably. Used by family of two adults. Minor pilling on the seat but the fabric has held up very well without any tearing or broken fabric. One scratch on the back. One very minor spot of discoloration but it's hard to distinguish given the mixed fabric pattern.
