Seller's Notes:I purchased this in 2016 and it’s been in my house the only time with just myself living and using the couch outside of occasional guests. Always getting compliments on being a comfortable spot to relax and the only issue is the one recliners pulley needs to be fixed so it can recline. The other recliner is electronic with a plug. The head cushions have some wear by being over 7 years old but by no means flat as there is still good cushion all through the couch. Any questions please let me know. Have two cats 2 and under as well with a small dog in his adult years- no accidents from the animals ever on the sectional- never had smokers in the house. I did my best on the measurements but I’ve never sold a couch before so if you have questions on the measurements let me know as I may have it inaccurate based on my inexperience of selling. Thanks!
