Retails for ~$13k with the ottoman. Performance fabric - all cushion covers are removable and washable. Heavy and super sturdy frame. Quality is top notch. Fabric closeup in last picture. Absolutely love this couch but making the switch to leather - comes from a dog friendly home (recently cleaned from top to bottom).
