Seller's Notes:Nearly brand new Ashby Luxury Sleeper Sofa with Queen memory foam pullout bed. Purchased 6 months ago before moving into a new space and it is too large for my living area. I travel often so it has had little use. Pullout has never been used. No blemishes, stains, pilling or other issues. Couch is in an extremely clean home with no pets, no kids and non smoker.
