Seller's Notes:For sale is a very gently used Arhaus air sleeper sofa in theatre granite color (a beautiful grey/greenish tone). Stock photo attached of the color. The sofa is 2 years old. I moved and my new unit is much larger so this piece will not work. It is currently in storage at the Cubesmart at 92 Caton Place in Brooklyn. Condition is excellent. The Cubesmart has a convenient loading dock and elevators so moving the unit is quite easy. Available to show the piece to interested buyers. I've attached stock photos from the website to show the piece and to give an idea of the unit. My storage unit is filled with other furniture so moving it for photos is a little complicated. Thank you
