Seller's Notes:-Beautiful, extremely comfortable and well made-to-order in USA (Los Angeles) L-shaped sectional light gray sofa. Great condition. Sturdy kiln dried wood frame + soft but supportive high density foam cushions + durable 40K+ rub count fabric that is easily spot and dry cleanable, as well as pet and child friendly. Lifetime warranty on frame. Left orientation (chaise on left side when looking at sofa). Couch splits into 2 sections, and cushions are all removable. Pick up from elevator building or delivery via AptDeco available. Can’t say enough great things about this sofa and have gotten TONS of compliments on style and comfort - only selling due to move, which requires a sofa with different chaise orientation.
