Seller's Notes:Apt2B Melrose 2PC Sleeper Sectional with Left-Facing Chaise, “Pecan” Leg Finish and “Regal” performance woven upholstery. Please note that chaise configuration is based on the position of the chaise while you are standing and FACING the sofa (NOT sitting on it). Purchased new and built to order in April 2021. Current retail price on Apt2B website is $5,658.00. “Regal” blue upholstery according to the Article2B website: performance woven 100% polyester bright woven blue with faint turquoise undertones. Double Rub Count: 100,000, kid and pet-friendly, spot and dry cleanable, Oeko-Tex Certified. No visible stains or stress to upholstery. Minor water stain on the inside of the chaise (see picture) but this is not at all noticeable unless chaise cushion is removed. Minor surface scratches to wood finish on 3 legs (see pictures) which can be easily touched-up. Zippered, removable cushion covers for easy cleaning. Smoke free, pet free home. Only selling because I am moving and the sofa is too big for my new space.
