Seller's Notes:A few years ago, we wanted an attractive sofa that would also serve as a comfortable bed for our guests. Our research brought us to this choice: the Marco Queen Size Sleeper Sofa Bed from Apt2B. This is a kid- and pet-friendly material in Seafoam with Pecan legs. We thought it was worth the extra $200 to get the memory foam mattress. It’s very well made and comfortable, both as a sofa and as a bed. It was only used a handful of nights by our guests and the condition is excellent. You can find all of the measurements on the Apt2B website. Please note, the required door width is 32 inches minimum. The retail price of this item with the memory foam mattress is $3800 and it’s currently on sale for $3000. We’ve lowered our asking price to $1800. The link takes you to an apartment sized sleeper sofa, which is smaller than what we’re selling. This is a queen size, with three buttons on the back cushions, rather than two.
