Apt2b Blue Velvet Fillmore Sleeper Sofa

Product details

Seller's Notes:Selling a beautiful Fillmore Apartment-Size Sleeper Sofa in excellent condition, upholstered in cobalt-blue velvet microfiber with tufted detailing and a stainless-steel base. It has a structured, mid-century modern look, but it's very comfortable. The sleeper mechanism works perfectly and pulls out to a queen-size memory-foam mattress. When folded up, it has a sleek profile and doesn’t look like a sleeper sofa. The mattress has only been used once and is in near-mint condition. From a smoke-free home with one cat. There is no odor or pet damage, and the sofa has been thoroughly vacuumed. The velvet microfiber upholstery is clean, firm, and simple to maintain. This sofa has been very well cared for and kept out of direct sunlight to prevent fading or discoloration. Originally purchased for $3400 in 2022. I’m only selling because I’m downsizing to a smaller apartment, otherwise I’d take it with me! Apt2B is no longer in operation, making this a harder-to-find piece. The sofa was custom-made in Los Angeles, California, with eco-conscious construction, a solid-wood frame, breathable hypoallergenic fabric, reversible and flippable cushions, and detached cushioning. Note about size: the official dimensions were 72" wide, but it's closer to 72 1/4". It's 39" deep, and the height is 27" from the base/legs to the back of the couch (the cushions stick up slightly higher, so I'd say about 29" total). Because of the depth, it can be tricky to move in narrow staircases; I had to remove and re-attach the stainless steel base to get it into my apartment.

The Fillmore queen-size sleeper sofa from Apt2B features the modern look of tufted weaving and a stainless-steel base. No one will guest that this sleek, sophisticated piece contains a hidden queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Customize this queen-size sleeper sofa with your choice of fabric color and mattress type to get the perfect fit for your space.
