Seller's Notes:3.5 year old 2-piece chaise sectional from Apt 2B. It's very comfy and in good condition. Has a few faint marks on it (pictures included), which I think would come out with a little effort (which I would have done but ran out of time bc moving!). Otherwise, it's a super sturdy, good piece of furniture. The cushions are dry cleanable. List price is $3998.
