Seller's Notes:Antique Neo-Classical Empire Style Side Chair .Early to mid 1800s. Origin and maker unknown but it is likely French or American Unusual cast bronze/brass acorn and oak leaf details. The white painted "Shabby Chic" finish is naturally worn and crackled but the frame is mahogany so the paint was likely done later but quite few years ago. The springs are in good shape but should be retied and webbing replaced. It has been recovered numerous times.
