Seller's Notes:We were given this futon as a house-warming gift from a family friend. They purchased it a few years ago but don't remember where. The frame is sturdy and in good condition. There are some minor scratches in the posts. The mattress is in great condition. There are no stains, rips or blemishes. Since receiving this futon, it has been rarely used as a couch and a bed. NOTE: There is no walk-up or elevator.
