Seller's Notes:I bought this victorian loveseat at a house sale in Montclair, NJ about 20 years ago. It was in excellent condition and we used it in our living room. 10 years ago I had it professionally refurbished with new textured white cotton fabric to match my new home. All the the springs in the seat were also replaced and the joints were re-glued together. The piece is 71" wide, height of back 41", depth of total piece 41", depth of seat 33", height of the back of seat 26", and seat height 16" from floor. No stains on the fabric, it has been well kept and covered in storage.
