Seller's Notes:This beautiful antique swivel office chair is from the 1930s or 40s according to the antique store I bought it from in the San Francisco Bay area. You can tell based on the joinery style detail I have on the arm in one of the photos. Like most well made furniture from this period it is comfortable, durable and beautiful. The buttery oak finish has a warm luster that will add a classic look to any home. The adjustable base allows you to create a higher or lower sitting level based on your own height. It also swivels and tilts. Of course this chair has scratches and other imperfections - it's an antique! And as you can see from the photos, they dont detract from the chair's considerable charm.
