The table features a richly patterned parquetry inlaid top and lower shelf, framed by a decorative brass edge. Its cabriole legs, ornate gilt-bronze ormolu flourishes, and graceful oval form give it a timeless romantic appeal. It is in good condition with a few minor marks and scuffs due to its age on the top edges and a few on the legs.
