Seller's Notes:MAKE ME AN OFFER! English Antique oval “Gateleg” dining table. Mid-1800’s solid oak featuring unique “Tiger Stripe” grain at top. The table features a beveled edge and carved decorative legs in a “Barley Twist“ design. Metal hinges attach the Two drop-down leaves to the central panel. Each leaf measures 16 inches from center panel to long edge. The center panel itself measures 19 inches deep and 41 inches wide. With both leaves extended the table dimensions are 41 inches by 51 inches by 28 inches tall. It accommodates 4-6 comfortably and works equally well as a primary table or when folded up, as a lovely side table in your dining room or foyer. There are 2ancient water mark stains as shown in photos. In any case, the table has a lovely patina from years of polishing! Reason for sale: downsizing.
